GREENFIELD CHURCH supports a number of mission-orientated organisations and individuals both in the UK and overseas. Over the years such links have become stronger, and these bonds have continued by supporting Missionaries who have trained at HORIZONS in Llanelli, particularly from Brazil and Korea. This page contains information on just some of the organisations involved |

Greenfield is proud to have connections with Sarah Hall from BMS World Mission, currently working in Guinea in Africa. SARAH HALL works for BMS World Mission, whose personnel and partner organisations work in over 30 countries worldwide, mostly in six major areas: development, church-planting, disaster relief, education, health and media. Working across the continents of Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas, BMS works to be culturally sensitive to each place, recognising the individual needs of an area and doing something about it. Sarah can be contacted via our CHURCH SECRETARY, and news updates from Sarah are accessible via the link at the base of our NEWS page AND IN THE COMMUNITY ......... : `Mission` is not confined to supporting purely Christian-based causes, and Greenfield Church has always been active in the responding to the needs of the local community. Our members are pleased to support the local hospitals and NSPCC, `Talking Newspapers for the Blind`, Cancer charities such as the Teenage Cancer Trust, , Meals on Wheels and much more. As well as regular offerings, the Church takes part in annual appeals and sponsored walks to help raise funds for charities, and uses these opportunities to give a Christian witness and reach out to other organisations who require practical, financial help. |
